My wife and I are both long retired and over the years we’ve collected many types of antiques and other objects. We have purchased from auctions, thrift shops and numerous online sites but much of what we have was inherited from parents and friends who have passed away.

Our primary focus at this stage of our lives is to pass on the items we’ve collected to a new generation along with the knowledge that goes with them. Hence this website.

We live in an old house (shown in the header above – almost 200 years old) in Whitby, Ontario (just East of Toronto) which we purchased as a fixer-upper more than 50 years ago. We have restored, renovated, added on and updated it so that it will be 3 separate heritage apartments
