St. Pierre et Miquelon are 2 small islands in the Gulf of St. Lawrence south of Newfoundland Canada that remain to this day part of France. This delightful bowl which is handpainted in the traditional Britanny manner by the Henri Quimper workshops, is a French souvenir from those islands.
It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, stains or crazing. It measures 5″ in diameter (7¼” across the lug handles) and 2½” high.

Re: shipping. I am now using an alternative carrier for most of my shipments and most are now tracked, insured and faster. However, this carrier does not have a shipping calculator that integrates with Etsy so shipping calculations are still from Canada Post. Timeframes will generally be faster and the rates will usually be less than quoted. As a result I am making partial refunds on about half of my shipments – on bulky items to the USA, refunds can be in the double digits. If you want an accurate quote in advance please email me with your full address, postal code & country.
All items are packed carefully and securely. I use recycled materials wherever possible.
I will combine shipping on multiple purchases whenever appropriate in order to save you money.
